Tightening Screw Nuts*4 (Each Dumbbell)
Reserve 1 cm at the border of the pole. After finishing weight adjustment, make the nuts tightened for safe use. When converting to barbells, take off the nuts inside first, or else the poles may get damaged.
***Pay Attention***
1) Please follow Installation Guide to connect Connector and dumbbells. If not, you will damage dumbbells.
2) Inspect the whole ARTEESOL 2 in 1 Adjustable Dumbbells Set before each use. And make sure all the hardware is tight.
